This motel is clean, easy to find, and felt safe. Check-in was smooth and the room was tidy. The parking lot was well-lit, and you can park right outside your motel room. All in all, it’s a great motel if you’re just looking for a simple place to stay.

Cannot say enough about this hotel. The people at the desk were super helpful and kind. The cleaning staff were friendly and the rooms were well put together. If you're looking for extra amenities (ie. Hot tub, pool, etc.), then this isn't the right fit for you; but the rooms were clean and cozy, and I felt safe here. Also, it's not super expensive to stay for a night and one of the few places in Portland where you don't have to pay an additional fee for parking. Definitely will come back; all-around positive experience. Thank you, Nordic Inn and Suites!

Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Stayed here for a week before Christmas. It was quiet and peaceful. Housekeeping was amazing. Came in everyday. New fresh towels, garage out, clean fresh sheets. Yes you can hear the train and some traffic but it wasn’t that a bad at all. I’m a light sleeper and it never woke me up. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well. Will stay here again when in town.

To be perfectly honest, I rented this room by mistake (didn’t pay attention to the address). I’ve always known this part of Portland to be….a little scary. And being a solo female, I try to find relatively safe places to stay, lol. Anyway, when I pulled into the parking lot, I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy and even cute this place is, and it’s been nothing but wonderful ever since. The girls at the front desk are great. The room is very nice. The decor is fresh & modern. I went to work today and came back to fresh towels, a freshly made bed with my own quilt on top, neatly folded, replenished coffee supplies. I can’t say enough good things about this place. In fact, I even extended my stay here because it’s been such a delightful experience. So if you’re hesitant to stay here because of the location, I encourage you to give this place a shot! I couldn’t be more impressed.

Very Quaint Comfortable Hotel try it you will like it! Convenient, Safe, Very close to airport however we never heard any planes taking off or leaving. It is a family owned older motel but very clean and well maintained. The owner was at the desk when I checked in. He was a very sweet helpful man and shared some about the motel and you can tell how proud and how much he likes the hotel and his family. We (3 elderly ladies) had a suite which provided two rooms(2 tv’s with xfinity cable), two beds, and a full kitchen. The bathroom was very clean no mold/dirt on grout lines. Floors had been upadated throughout. Beds very comfortable For those that need accessibility, beds were almost a little to high for elderly who need knee replacements. For the bathroom, it would be tight if you had a wheelchair. If you can walk some, you had to step into tub but there was a bar to hold onto as you step in and out. The toilet was the older style little lower to ground, but for those younger/heathier that have children it would be perfect.

It’s really a gem. Small family ran motel. Never worried about My safety, even though the area can be sketchy. They do a good job vetting customers, it may be the deposit/incidental pricing. Either way, an oasis for short budget stays, near Pdx airport. Also, the food carts across the street are laughably affordable but super tasty. Great deal!

Great place to stay, very tidy rooms and truly friendly customer service around the clock. Also great location that's close enough to everything. Very underrated, especially when you factor in how affordable it is.
